Having to verify your identity by clicking on crosswalks and lights. With the progression on Artificial Intelligence we’re are doomed to never got a human on the phone again. I constant click 0 and go to a customer service agent but some are so slick that 0 equals disconnect. The less phone calls I need to make the better. AI implies that we are intelligent people but that’s far from true. Maybe they should call them “Artificial Humans” or would the Kardashians sue for using their name? 🤣
