The best advice I ever got was from a friend who said, “don’t let anyone rent space in my head”. I used to fail daily at this until I moved and paid actual rent.

So now, anytime I feel upset I just say is it worth $xxxx? The answer is no.

Get your control back and get the bad tenants out of your headspace. Your head will thank you.
