What have you been working on?
Sleeping through the night is a challenge for me. Staying up later, I thought would help me get a solid 7 hours of sleep. I even tried eating Greek yogurt before bed because it had L-tryptophan. That worked one night but now I’m back to watching baseball playoff games and going to be riled up.
Soon, our clocks fall back so maybe that will help. The World Series hasn’t even started yet so daily naps will be in order once again.
