A kid at heart has a child like innocence and a sparkle in their eye. They are not jaded by the world and negativity.

I was told I was a kid at heart recently getting a pedicure. The moment was when the pedicurist put the water on and it proceeded to change colors. The blues turned into purple and then the primary colors.

I leaned over and let out a big, “ohhhhhh” sound and was mesmerized by the beauty of the water changing like a Christmas Tree.

That’s when another pedicurist said, “Ruth, you have the heart of a child. Never lose that because that makes you so lovable and you”. ❤️
