How do you manage screen time for yourself?

That’s pretty easy to answer.

When my ears start burning and it’s dark out I try not to use anything with a screen on it.

I’m lucky I don’t have to fight for screen time with anybody so I just need to make sure that my body doesn’t sit too long and my eyes don’t read too long. I’ve yet to buy my first audio book but will be doing that, going forward.

People always tell me, oh read this book it’s great but I have no attention spam and will get a headache from the eye strain. I rarely use lights, only natural lighting.

I’ve even noticed my eye color changing from a dark brown to a light brown/green so it’s time for a doctor appointment.

I have dry eyes and drops in my eye everyday and everyone I miss I think these companies are making a mint on people who can’t hit their target!!

My late grandmother has macular degeneration and would always say, “aruthie I’m not sleeping I’m just closing my eyes to rest” 😂. I get it now grandma.
