What was the best compliment you’ve received?
My primary doctor turned to me after a very risky RNY Gastric bypass in 2004 and said I think that’s called Happiness.
My question to him was after losing all my weight, what is this feeling I’m having that I can’t put into words?
Ok, that was done in a very Jeopardy like answer/question.
Nothing in life is perfect but I must say, that moment, was just that.
Live for the moment. Write your memories down and thank the people who brought you happiness even if that means looking in a mirror and saying it to yourself.
Lastly, always thank God because without going through the tough times in life, you never realize that’s when you find the most important relationship with God.
