What’s your all-time favorite album?
Richard Marx on January 1, 1997 wrote the album that I would play on my Sony Walkman for many summers working at a job outside that had hours of down time and plenty of sunshine.
I got an auto reverse Walkman and played that tape to death. I learned every lyric to Endless Summer Nights and Hold onto the Nights.
When I wasn’t at work I would thrown in my tape and hit the treadmill and my father was always making fun of me and how I got lost in the music.
I learned to daydream and manifest things in my life at the early age of 14. I closed my eyes and always knew I had a creative brain but Richard Marx always spoke to me about love and to never give up.
I’m a hard core fan and have received an Instagram shout out from him but never seen him in concert.
Not sure if I ever will but his song, Endless Summer Nights is my year round ringtone and can I tell you people always hum it as my phone rings. He is my idol and his music can calm me down in just a few beats. Plus, who doesn’t love that 80’s hair of his?
