Funny Follows Me

My favorite cartoon has always been Woody Woodpecker.

When I was young my older sisters went to school and I got the whole TV to myself.

What came on was good old Woody with that crazy giggle and big nose. It entertained me and made me laugh.

When they changed the graphic on Woody and made him look different and darker I stopped watching. It just wasn’t the original and I didn’t love it anymore. Same thing happened with Bewitched when they changed the husband.

As a kid our brains just couldn’t understand that you tried to dupe us. No matter where I am, if I hear that Woody Woodpecker giggle, I revert back to my 3 year old self.
