Funny Follows Me

Well, I never eat out anymore so I’m going to chose my favorite childhood restaurant which was The Ground Round.

The memories of an ocean of peanut shells covering the floors and the big screen of Alice in Wonderland with popcorn popping every minute was nirvana.

This memory brings joy for the “feeling” of being in this fun, safe place to go eat kid foods and be surrounded by FUN! I’m not sure why they called it the ground round but it was a child of the 70’s Chucky Cheese.

We got crayons to draw on the kids activities and I always wanted to change the movie to ET but it was always the same.

Who else remembers the Ground Round?
